Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to qualify for a full refund.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery information.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of our quality inspection.
